Doctor of Jurisprudence, TSU Associate Professor and Legal Adviser to the TSU Rector, he held positions in the public sector at the Georgian Parliament and the Ministry of Justice, was a member of the State Constitutional Commission and the Organizing Commission on Constitutional Issues. He is author of one monograph and 10 scientific articles, 25 review articles and wasEditor of the five-volume work, Constitutions of Foreign Countries.
